Technical Seminar - Casualty Management
Building on the very successful leadership event at Fleetwood last year, we’re now planning the next seminar. The objective are that, by the end of this event, participants will:
• be aware of the multiple issues that need to be addressed following a major incident at sea and
• have interacted with, and come to appreciate the role of, experts in various disciplines.
The Fleetwood Seminar on May 25th is hotting up and we already have some impressive industry names attending, as well as the SOSREP together with MCA and MAIB representatives. If you want to take advantage of this great networking opportunity please get in touch. If your organisation is willing to sponsor the event that also would be good to know.
We’re rounding off the event with an informal dinner in the evening at The Trafalgar Restaurant in Fleetwood. Numbers are limited to 30 so it’s first come-first served. Please let me have your menu choices as soon as possible. £35 per head payable on the night. Drinks extra, to own account.
To register please contact the branch Honorary Secretary Dr Chris Haughton, FNI on ninw.branch@nautinst.org

Accommodation:
If you’re staying over there’s a range of hotels and B&Bs in Fleetwood. The North Euston Hotel is just round the corner from the Trafalgar and the Boston Hotel a short walk along the Esplanade. There are more along that same road.
