This standalone conference is designed for cadets and early‑career seafarers in an emerging maritime region, where access to structured professional development can be limited. It focuses on the human side of maritime operations—leadership, wellbeing, resilience, and human factors—and how these influence safety and performance at sea. Participants will gain practical insight into managing stress and fatigue, understanding professional expectations, and supporting themselves and others in challenging environments, helping them build safer, more sustainable careers from the very beginning.
