What a pleasure to be on the Thames today with so many friends and colleagues on THV Galatea alongside our partners Trinity House and Merchant Navy Training Board for Maritime Careers and Opportunities at London International Shipping Week

We have heard from experts with decades of experience and listened to the feedback of cadets just starting out on their maritime careers, getting into the detail of where the industry is performing well and where there is room for improvement in the realm of education and career development.
