Council Notice 1
In accordance with Article 11 of the Articles of Association and Constitution, the Annual General Meeting 2023 is scheduled to be held on 29 June 2023 at 16:45 CEST (local time). The meeting will be held in person and on-line. Delegates joining on-line are invited to register so that meeting details and papers can be shared. Details will also be promulgated on the NI website and the papers available in the Members’ area.
Council Notice 2
In accordance with Article 22 of the Articles of Association and Constitution, Council shall notify all members of vacancies which are to occur among the officers and members of Council at the Annual General Meeting. In accordance with Article 22 of the Articles of Association and Constitution, any two members entitled to vote may nominate eligible persons for election to Council – please send your nomination in writing to the Chief Executive at NIHQ ([email protected]). Proxy notice: members unable to attend may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. By Order of Council.
