The New Zealand Marine Pilots’ Association Conference, with Port of Tauranga Limited, will take place at Trinity Wharf Tauranga, 7–9 April 2026, with dedicated workshops on 10 April 2026.

This year’s conference theme is 'Positive Organisational Culture'.

The program will bring together maritime professionals from across New Zealand and beyond to share knowledge, strengthen networks, and explore how culture can shape safe, resilient, and innovative pilotage operations.
