How do leadership and human factors show up in everyday life onboard?

This conference brings together cadets and early‑career seafarers at different stages of their journey, including both new participants and those who have previously attended workshops. Focusing on practical application, it explores leadership behaviours, communication, decision‑making, and wellbeing in real operational contexts. Through interactive scenarios, guided reflection, and shared experience, participants will better understand workplace expectations, learn how to manage pressure and responsibility, and build habits that support safe, professional practice throughout their careers.
