UK Offshore Wind 2025
The Danish Embassy and the Danish-UK Association are proud to announce the 13th Annual UK Offshore Wind Conference.
The UK offshore wind sector in 2025 is focused on resetting, scaling, and delivering on ambitious clean energy targets amid global economic challenges.
Key priorities include accelerating project deployment to meet the 50-60 GW target by 2030, expanding floating offshore wind technologies, and addressing grid integration and seabed use complexities. The industry aims to build a resilient supply chain and workforce, supported by government policies and innovations such as the Contracts for Difference mechanism and supply chain funding. Collaborative planning and long-term commitment to cost reduction, infrastructure, and innovation are essential to maintain the UK’s leadership in offshore wind and meet its net-zero goals.
This focus reflects the need for strategic investment, clear market signals, and overcoming development delays to secure the UK’s energy future. This year’s conference – Offshore Wind 2025 – at the Danish Embassy in London, will strive to look at more of these priorities, its opportunities, and how this community can work in this market.
The place for the Danish-UK-international wind energy industry and its supply chain to meet.
To ensure the most relevant and up-to-date content, the line-up is intentionally announced closer to the event date. However, as in previous years, we are confident in curating a program that will appeal to both returning attendees and newcomers alike.
