The Nautical Institute UAE Branch: The Marine Ball 2024

This year, The Marine Ball will be held at the Hyatt Regency hotel, Dubai on Friday, 1st March 2024 and once again we anticipate a sellout attendance of over 600 people from the marine and related communities.

The purpose of the ball is to garner support for the ‘Mission to Seafarers’ and to further enhance the shipping fraternity overall. Once again, we seek your assistance by donating a gift item for our Main or White Board auction, which are our primary means of promoting this cause.

The Main auction will be held immediately after dinner and this is when we will auction the return items such as the Compass Binnacle, MENAS lamp and other high interest items. The White Board Auction will be run throughout the evening, finishing up amid great excitement when the hammer finally falls.

Your company name and logo will be attached to the items you donate so that all those attending the Ball will be able to view your gifts on the white board display.

Please pledge your gift to the Nautical Institute committee member who will contact you within a week of the date of this letter and who will be pleased to give you any information or support, and arrange collection of your gift if required.
