Human Rights at Sea

The Malta Branch of The Nautical Institute is pleased to welcome David Hammond Esq AFNI, Executive Director of Human Rights at Sea International (and Founder & President of HRAS), for its next technical seminar on 4 December.

David will speak about his campaigning to secure and uphold comprehensive human rights at sea across the maritime domain, successes and progress to date, advocates, dissenters, criminalisation of the mariner - and the legal and technical challenges still to be overcome.
