Very dangerous experience of fatigue on board of LNG/C especially in USA ports.

Before arrival preparedness, USCG on arrival, start discharging then 18 hours at least without rest....

How to satisfy safety requirements?

Hours Of Watch usually should be filled up on the end of months? Have spoken at Safety Meeting but this has not been appreciated by management (manning). USCG will check everything but not hours of work. Manning Agency willing to pay C/O but not other officers so that a lot of young OOW are without experience and unable to do watch at berth?

Very very dangerous fatigue.
