US Branches Biennial Conference 2024
The US Branches (Gulf - Houston, West Coast and NE Coast) are hosting a joint conference on the theme of 'Adapting to emerging technologies' on 16 and 17 October in Galveston, Texas.
The two-day event will bring together speakers, sponsors and delegates to seek to provide an objective, safe and free exchange of diverse perspectives on the future of the US Merchant Marine - and its position in the wider future maritime industry.
Attendees will:
- Network with maritime professionals (afloat and ashore) at various career stages
- Understand how technological changes will affect current training requirements for seafarers and other staff
