In 2022/2023 The Nautical Institute celebrates its 50th anniversary. We will mark this milestone by hosting a series of international events looking ahead to the next 50 years.

The theme for the 50th anniversary events is Maritime Leadership in a Changing World. We recognise that high quality leadership and excellent change management is essential in a time of accelerated development.

Join us in shaping the next 50 years by exploring how we can work together, sharing ideas and best practice to enable better leadership through professional development.
