Please read the correct Logbook Guide to help you complete your DP Logbook. There are two Logbook Guides (see below), as we now have a new style logbook. So please ensure that you download the correct version of the Guide.

The online application must be completed before any documents are sent into The Nautical Institute's offices. For assistance with completing this please see our Online Application Guide. Once the online application has been completed, please post/courier your logbook, signed PDF, original signed and stamped confirmation letters for ALL seatime (including familiarisation) and any other supporting documents to:
