Maritime Oil Spill Response
These standards, required by Article 6 of the International Maritime Organisation’s International Convention on Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Co-operation (OPRC) and operated by the Institute in the UK on behalf of the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, ensure that all involved in the response to a maritime oil spill are adequately trained and prepared for their roles.
